Founded in 2019 by Santo Peña—a former professional baseball player  and international umpire with over thirty years of experience—SPChanga USA was born from a simple truth: greatness begins with the right gear.

 

Santo’s journey started in Cabarete, a vibrant town in the Dominican Republic, where his “changa-like” skills on the baseball field quickly set him apart. Driven by ambition, he left home as a teenager, dedicating his life to the game across Europe and earning a reputation for integrity, expertise, and a deep love for baseball.

 

Now, SPChanga launches in the United States, summer 2025  to bring Santo’s elite line of custom gear to athletes across the United States. Every SPChanga USA product is crafted for professionals and those with professional aspirations—because we believe that every athlete deserves equipment that matches their commitment.
